Sharpening Classes

 For 2 hours we’ll cover everything from the basics of sharpening, knife construction to edge maintenance and care. Even if you can sharpen a knife this class will help you build your skills. Just bring a blunt knife and leave with a skill. The lesson will start at 10am and finish at 12pm on the day you have booked.
