Refund policy

Before returning an item, please first contact us at withknivesnz@gmail.com.

Products must be returned within 20 days, with original, undamaged packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

If the knife has been used, sharpened or honed we cannot accept the item for refund or exchange.

Items are returned at the owners expense and a tracking number must be provided to us.

Refunds will be reimbursed once we are happy the item and packaging are in an original and undamaged condition.
